Primary Level (Class 1–5)	1. Senior Secondary (50%) + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) 2. Senior Secondary (45%) + 2-year D.El.Ed (as per NCTE 2002 norms) 3. Senior Secondary (50%) + 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) 4. Senior Secondary (50%) + 2-year Diploma in Special Education 5. Graduation + 2-year D.El.Ed
Upper Primary Level (Class 6–8)	1. Graduation + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) 2. Graduation (50%) + Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) (after 29-07-2011) 3. Graduation (45%) + B.Ed (as per NCTE norms, before 29-07-2011) 4. Senior Secondary (50%) + 4-year B.El.Ed 5. Senior Secondary (50%) + 4-year Integrated BA/B.Sc + B.Ed 6.
