Scale-II – Manager	118	Post-wise prescribed educational qualification such as Graduation, B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, Law Degree or other relevant qualification, along with the required relevant work experience. Age generally 25–35 years.
Scale-III – Senior Manager	49	Prescribed professional qualification in the relevant stream such as B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech or other relevant qualification, along with the required relevant work experience. For applicable posts, CISA/CISM/CISSP certification is required. Age generally 28–37 years.
Scale-IV – Chief Manager	10	Prescribed professional qualification in the relevant stream such as B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech or other relevant qualification, along with senior-level relevant work experience. For applicable posts, CISA/CISM/CISSP certification is required. Age generally 28–40 years, with certain posts allowing up to 42 years.
