👨‍💻 How to Apply

• Visit official site :

  apply only at mha.gov.in or ncs.gov.in (online mode only).

• Start registration :

  click “I Agree” then press “Registration/Sign-up”.

• Enter details :

  fill personal and contact information correctly.

• Receive credentials :

  note Application Sequence Number and Password sent to email.

• Re-login :

  sign in again to proceed to Step-II.

• Fill form :

  complete Personal Details, Qualification Details and Declaration.

• Upload photo :

  35×45 mm, 100–200 KB, jpg/jpeg, recent within 12 weeks.

• Upload signature :

  80–150 KB, jpg/jpeg only.

• Pay fees :

  pay exam fee (if applicable) + processing charges via SBI ePay Lite (cards/net-banking/UPI/challan).

• Challan option :

  if using challan, deposit before 18/11/2025 during banking hours.

• Verify and submit :

  check all entries; after submission editing not allowed and fee not refundable.
