👨‍💻 How to Apply

• Download Form:

  Obtain the prescribed application form from the official ECR website or the notification PDF.

• Read Instructions:

  Carefully read all instructions, eligibility criteria, and sports norms mentioned in the notification.

• Fill Personal Details:

  Enter your name, father’s name, date of birth, address, contact details, and email correctly.

• Educational Qualification:

  Mention your minimum educational qualification according to Pay Level (10th/12th/Graduation/ITI/NAC).

• Sports Achievements:

  Provide details of tournaments, events, positions, medals, and representation (State/National/International). Attach proof/documents.

• Pay Level & Post Applied For:

  Clearly specify the post name, sport/event, position, and Pay Level you are applying for.

• Photograph & Signature:

  Paste a recent passport-size photograph and sign in the space provided.

• Examination Fee Payment:

  Attach the Indian Postal Order (IPO) as per your category (General/OBC- ₹500, SC/ST/Women/Minority/EWS- ₹250).

• Attach Documents:

  Include educational certificates, age proof, sports certificates, caste/EWS certificate (if applicable), and IPO.

• Submit Form:

  Send the filled application form along with all documents to the address mentioned in the notification before the last date (21.10.2025 for general applicants, 06.11.2025 for special regions/candidates abroad).
