• Visit the Official Website :

  Open the UPPSC official website and read the official notification carefully before applying.

• Complete One Time Registration (OTR) :

  Register on the OTR Portal and obtain your OTR Number if you have not already completed the registration.

• Login & Apply Online :

  Sign in using your OTR credentials, authenticate your account, and select the Combined Upper Subordinate Services (PCS) Preliminary Examination 2026.

• Fill the Application Form :

  Enter your educational qualifications, category, reservation details, and verify all personal information carefully.

• Upload & Verify Details :

  Review the application form and ensure all entered details are correct before proceeding.

• Pay the Application Fee :

  Complete the online payment through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or other available payment methods.

• Submit the Application :

  Submit the completed application form after successful fee payment and note your Application ID.

• Print the Application Form :

  Download and print the final submitted application form and fee receipt for future reference.
