  Choose Physiotherapist (NSA) from the list of available posts.

• Upload Documents:

  Upload your recent passport-size photograph, signature, and other required documents in the prescribed format.

• Review Application:

  Verify all entered details carefully before final submission.

• Pay Application Fee:

  Complete the online fee payment using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or other available payment methods.

• Submit Application:

  Submit the application form after successful fee payment.

• Print Confirmation:

  Download and print the final submitted application form and payment receipt for future reference.
